Could Ford Eco-Town double in size?

This news article from www.northnorfolknews.co.uk on June 13th could is worrying as we have no clear figure on the amount of houses that would actually be built at Ford. Is it 5,000 - 10,000 - 20,000 or MORE? Your guess is as good as mine..?
