Sadly not for Ford - but I think it clearly emphasises how concerned the DCLG were to mislead the public about the amount of Brownfield land to be covered in the Eco Towns.

Very regrettably the final "Plan" for the Ford site, issued by the developers, still repeats the highly misleading figures on acres and hectares, for the site; indicating that the brownfield element makes up 30% of it.
This is utterly wrong and the figure available to build upon is actually 10% or less.
CAFE will continue to oppose useage of these figures.
