A application to build another 45 homes in Yapton has been submitted to Arun District Council by Robinson Escott Planning LLP on behalf of their clients Brookworth Homes for land south of Burndell Road.

Hopefully the residents of Yapton will be as vocal about this as they were about the Langmead proposal.
